Introduction

Welcome to Sovereign Business. These terms define the rules under which we provide our IT security consulting services. By using our services, you agree to the conditions below. We care about clear rules, which is why we avoid complicated legal language.

Scope of services

Sovereign Business deals with IT audits, trade secret protection, and the implementation of security procedures. Each service is determined individually. Before starting work, we sign a specific contract that clearly defines what we do, in what time frame, and for what price. We do not use hidden costs.

Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide us with the necessary information about your IT infrastructure. Without full insight into the systems, we are unable to reliably assess the risk. You also provide access to devices if it is necessary to conduct an audit on-site at Legnicka Street or at your company's headquarters. You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to us for analysis is legal.

Intellectual property

All protocols, procedures, and reports developed by us are the intellectual property of Sovereign Business. After full payment of the invoice for the service, we grant you a lifetime license to use these materials solely for your own use in your company. You cannot sell them or share them with third parties without our consent.

Limitation of liability

We do everything in our power to secure your company against attacks. However, it should be remembered that in the world of technology, there is never a 100% guarantee. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for damages resulting from actions that went beyond our recommendations or from decisions made by the client after the audit was completed.

Payments

Our services are payable based on VAT invoices. The standard payment term is 14 days from the date of issue, unless the contract states otherwise. Payments are made by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice.

Termination of cooperation

Each party may terminate the cooperation with a 30-day notice period. In situations of gross violation of the rules, e.g., attempted fraud or intentional hindering of our experts' work, we have the right to terminate the cooperation immediately.

Governing law

All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the court competent for our company's registered office in Wrocław. We operate in accordance with Polish law, which is why it forms the basis of our actions.
